2017 Le Vin Rouge (Languedoc Red)


We love this wine's beautiful balance of Syrah and Merlot, with leather, spice, sweet blueberry and smoke aromas. It is full bodied with strong tannins, with flavors of cranberry and lavender. Dry and savory with a medium finish. This wine will age beautifully up to 10 years.

Pairs with aged gouda, roast leg of lamb or lamb shawarma. Herbs de Provence crusted prime rib with creamed rosemary horseradish would work beautifully.
