Our in house Culinarian Lisa Scott will be showcasing delicious Mediterranean Seafood recipes in the first of her cooking class series on Saturday, January 18th from 3 pm - 5 pm. In this interactive class, Lisa will demonstrate how to make the perfect Nicoise Salad and show you the best techniques for searing Ahi tuna. You will also learn how to make a delicious Seafood Fideuà (noodle Paella), along with the proper way to clean clams and other shellfish.
Limited space is available. Tickets are $15 for club members and $25 for non-club members.
