Sips & Sunsets Pairings March 13th


Join us March 13th for a 'Tour of Tastes' with three featured wines from three different Mediterranean Regions (Italian, Spanish, French) all paired with food.  Enjoy these pairings from 4PM-6PM while watching our beautiful sunset.  

2019 Viognier paired with Poire Rôtie au Brie (Roasted Pears, Tripple Cream Brie, Peach Compote, Macadamia Nuts, Honey) 

2018 Montepulciano paired with Ravioli Salsiccia e Ricotta (Sausage and Ricotta Ravioli, Brown Butter Sage Sauce) 

2017 Tempranillo paired with Tapas de Chorizo ​​y Vino Tinto (Spicey Chorizo, Red Wine and Honey Glaze)
