Preheat grill to high. Coat strawberries with balsamic vinegar, and roll in the sugar. Put the strawberries on a skewer and then place on a hot grill to mark, approximately 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat.
Put the marshmallows on a long stick or skewer. Hold marshmallows over the grill on high heat. Let roast until golden on all sides.
To build your s’more, put two graham crackers on a plate. Layer the each cracker with a chocolate bar, 2 marshmallows and 2 strawberries. Top with remaining 2 crackers. Lightly press the crackers down so flavors melt into each other.
Serve while still hot with a glass of 2017 Mediterranean Vineyards Amarone Zinfandel.
