Aged in 67% neutral Oak and 33% New French Oak.
After fermentation we pressed the finished wine through pressed Marsanne skins to pull in a bit of additional character from the Marsanne pomace. In barrel, this wine completed malolactic fermentation, for a silky, smooth mouthfeel.
Aromas of honeysuckle, toasted nuts, and grilled pineapple. Silky across the palate with a rich, lingering finish and pineapple flavors.
