Many of our club members and guests enjoy red wines with a hint of sweetness in the fruit and continue to request that we produce more of these wines. This red wine is such a wine with a blend of Syrah and Zinfandel. Bright red fruits fill the nose and the taste with smooth dusty tannins.

Food Pairing

This is a versatile wine that will partner with many plates from Italian dishes, salads, meats and barbecues with fruit marinades, or enjoy it on its own with that bright personality!

About Syrah and Zinfandel

The classic Rhone grape from the Rhone Valley region in France and a firm dependable for Australian wineries, it is often preferred in blends by US consumers. Zinfandel is California’s most famous native grape with spicy jammy berry fruits.
