Viticulture:  Wine has been produced in the Montsant area for thousands of years. It is a very isolated area, depending exclusively on agricultural production methods that respect the environment and which serve as a good example of environmental preservation. Vineyards spread out across the mountainous slopes among olive groves, forests, and stone.

Tasting Notes:         Intense scarlet color. Aromas of fresh red fruit (strawberries, raspberries, etc.) and black fruit (blackberries) with hints of balsamic, aromatic herbs and spice, culminating with notes of fruit compote in the back of the nose. Light entry in the mouth, evolves slowly on the palate. Unctuous, fleshy and well-rounded, with hints of licorice, delicate tannins and pleasantly persistent fruit.
