2023 WFC Zinfandel

Tasting Notes

Unfined and unfiltered, it shows immediately in its dark broody coloring. The

nose is powerful and exotic exhibiting blackberry preserves, cinnamon,

sweet smoky tobacco and pepper. Tasting the wine amplifies the exotic

nature of the wine. While the qualities of the nose follow through to the taste,

there is more properties in the flavors of this wine such as a smoky tobacco,

meaty, bacon gamey flavor that pushes into the persistent finish for an

exceptionally long time.
