Barbera and Baguette

Crunchy bread, silky wine.
- 1 1/2 cups Flour
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Instant Yeast
- 3/4 Warm water
Add flour, salt, instant yeast, and warm water to a bowl, and mix until dough is sticky. Cover and let rise for 90 minutes.
Sprinkle flour on a flat surface, then fold all corners in then separate into 2 pieces, and form dough into baguettes.
Cover dough, and let rise for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 450° F, and add a tray of water.
Dust the baguettes with flour, and cut 3 lines in the baguette (keep the tray of water in the oven).
Bake for 30 minutes.
