The Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto liqueur featured in this recipe is worth tracking down and adding to your cocktail bar. It dates to the 15th century and is infused with bergamot, cedar, lavender, chamomile, and rose petals. Share your winter wine cocktails with everyone you love!
- 3 blackberries
- 3 raspberries
- 6 ozs Italicus Rosolio Di Bergamotto
- 4 ozs Mediterranean Vineyards Fumé Blanc
- Fresh cubed ice for shaking the cocktail
- Sprig of mint
In a cocktail shaker, lightly muddle 2 blackberries and two raspberries. Add a scoop of ice, the Italicus, and white wine. Shake and strain into a glass filled with ice. Garnish with remaining fruit and a sprig of mint.
