Pick a bottle of your favorite fruity white wine, grab your favorite club soda, add some ice and a garnish a you've got our favorite low alcohol beverage for a hot summer day in the back yard.
Ingredients
- 1 bottle 2020 Pinot Grigio
- 1 bottle club soda
- 1 lemon or lime
- ice for serving
Directions
Chill wine and club soda. Thinly slice your citrus of choice into thin rounds or peel off thin strips of rind as your garnish.
Fill a glass with a ratio of 3/4 cold Pinot Grigio and 1/4 cold club soda. Garnish with a slice of citrus or citrus peel. Add some ice if desired.
You can also garnish with fresh herbs, and substitute other sparkling liquids for the club soda.
