Hunter's Moon Wine Cocktail

Lift your gaze from that full bag of candy, that has likely been calling your name all day, to the evening sky this Halloween night. The silver lining will quite literally be in the form of our very own silvery, Blue Moon.

The Hunter’s Moon is the perfect backdrop to enjoy our full-bodied red wine and whiskey cocktail.

1 oz. Mediterranean Vineyards Barbera
1½ oz. Bourbon
½ oz. Elderflower Liqueur
½ oz. simple syrup
¾ oz. lemon juice
Lemon peel for garnish (optional)

Add all ingredients except red wine to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Strain into a highball or Collins glass over fresh ice. Float red wine on top. Brush rim of glass with lemon-peel and serve.
